Ivan Mitrevski

International:

Ivan was born in Ljubljana in 1979, where he still lives.

Eventhough he's not a very talented artist, he's managed to have his comics published in Stripburger (Slovenia), Zofa (Slovenia), Apokalipsa (Slovenia), Gambuzine (Portugal), Mycose (France), Milk and Wodka (Switzerland) and a couple of other corny magazines.

His comics have been exhibited on a Break 21 festival exhibition in 2000 in KUD France Prešeren and in 2001 in Galerija Kapelica (Ljubljana, Slovenia).

His comic has been a part of the grand touring exhibition of Stripburger's Stripburek - comics from the other Europe.

Besides comics he occasionally draws caricatures and illustrations for various Slovene magazines and newspapers. He has illustrated a collection of poems Jesenske besede sonca by young perspective poets, published by CZM.

He's trying to help around in the Stripburger editorialship and he has recently published a solo mini album titled A jar of plum jam.
