Mark Egan is an Irish manga creator based in Oslo. He writes and publishes manga in Norwegian and English through various collaborative projects, both in Norway and internationally.

Egan has over 20 years of experience, including training with professional manga creator, Nao Yazawa, which has resulted in the international collaborative project "Coffee Party" which is on sale in Tokyo.

Mark is active in the Norwegian manga community as chairman of FONOMA (The Association of Norwegian Manga Creators), and has contributed to the Norwegian manga anthologies Rakkan, for Outland Publishing, and Kibō, for ÜberPress. Through Fonoma's work aimed at children and young people, where they develop and offer courses in drawing and storytelling techniques, Egan is committed to supporting the development of manga as an art form.
